A new kitchen involves a lot of moving parts: a design that works in the actual room, units and worktops that arrive when they should, and trades who turn up in the right order. Our installation service covers all of it. You deal with us, and we deal with the rest.

We measure the room, talk through how you use it, and put together a layout that works around the space you've actually got rather than an idealised version of it.
Supplied to your chosen style and finish, whether that's Shaker, in-frame or German handleless, built to the dimensions of your room.
Templated after the units are in, not before, so the fit follows the room rather than the drawing.
Supplied and fitted into their housings, or fitted if you've bought your own.
Stripped out and taken away before the new one goes in.
Cabinets fitted and levelled, worktops installed, trims and plinths fitted, doors adjusted, everything tested and the space left clean.

We come and measure properly, check what's behind the walls and under the floor, and find the things that cause problems later if nobody looks for them.

You get a layout and a written quote setting out what's included, what it costs and how long it'll take. If something needs changing, we change it before anything is ordered.

Once you're happy, units, worktops and appliances go on order. We'll give you an installation date based on when everything lands, not an optimistic guess.

We walk through the finished kitchen with you and sort anything that isn't right before we call it done.

Your kitchen professionals
The common way a kitchen project goes wrong isn't bad workmanship. It's the gaps between people. The retailer sells the kitchen, an independent fitter installs it, a plumber and electrician come in around them, and when something doesn't line up, everyone has a reasonable explanation for why it isn't theirs.
When the same company designs it, supplies it and fits it, that argument doesn't happen. If a unit is wrong, we ordered it. If a worktop needs recutting, we templated it. It gets sorted because there's nobody else to hand it to.
That said, it isn't the only way to work with us. If you already have a fitter you trust, the we can supply the kitchen on its own and leave the installation to you.
Most installations need a plumber and an electrician, and some need a plasterer or tiler as well. We bring in trades we work with regularly and schedule them around the installation, so you're not coordinating separate contractors or working out whose job it is to turn up on Thursday.
There are two timescales worth knowing about. The first is lead time - how long from placing the order to everything arriving. The second is the installation itself, typically 7-10 days on site for a standard layout with no structural changes.
We'll give you both with the quote, along with the days you'll be without a working kitchen.
Kitchen costs vary more than most people expect, and the biggest factors are usually size, the cabinetry style you choose and the worktop material. A compact galley in a Shaker finish and a large open-plan kitchen with stone worktops are different projects with very different figures.
